Sharing learning from the Support Level Framework
Our team of two practice managers, two GPs, an administrator and a data analyst have spent the last year visiting practices across Southeast London ICS to conduct the Support Level Framework. The SLF is an NHSE tool - looking at practices current/ future position in domains including access (using demand/capacity data, effective care navigation, on-line consultation tools, websites, telephony, managing high frequency users, Quality and Safety Leadership and Culture, Stakeholder Engagement and Workforce). As we near the 100 mark we reflect on lessons learned, share case studies to inspire and strategies to improve. Recently we've started SLFs at PCN level which look at access, stakeholder engagement, leadership, culture and function across the PCN alongside our bespoke SLF+ programme.
