Alison is an experienced commercial healthcare lawyer specialising in advising primary care clients. She helps primary care providers find practical solutions to the unique and complex challenges that they face in an ever-changing healthcare landscape. Alison works with individual GPs, practices, primary care networks and federations on a range of matters, including collaboration arrangements, partnership and company law matters, practice mergers, constitutional arrangements and NHS contracting. She is nationally recognised for expertise in the legal framework governing primary care.
