Alys' favourite nursing specialism is travel health and she has passionately worked in this area for nearly 14 years. Being a senior nurse in this field, she has developed an extensive knowledge of running a travel health clinic, managing, recruiting and training other travel health practitioners, and dealing with complex travellers and itineraries. She has also enjoyed exploring many places worldwide as a traveller herself. Alys loves to share what she has learned along the way to help others in the field, and regularly writes for various publications in the field of travel health and teaches for many organisations across the UK. Her aim is to make travel health training as accessible and enjoyable as possible.
