Daniel Park is the founder of InTouchNow.ai, a self-serve Voice AI platform for GP practice to build and deploy AI Voice agents to answer patient calls. Drawing from extensive experience managing traditional call centres for general practices, Daniel saw the potential of AI to resolve the persistent issues plaguing healthcare call systems. His work at InTouchNow.ai centres on developing hybrid AI-human solutions that ensure every patient call is answered instantly, efficiently triaged, and directed to the appropriate care pathway. His mission is clear: make healthcare access smoother, more efficient, and far more responsive.
