Simon is a GP in Liverpool and Chief Medical Officer at Blinx Healthcare. He has 22 years' experience in general practice and 15 years as an NHS commissioner. He is passionate about delivering the right digital products for patients and staff in the NHS. To support this mission, he is helping to lead the rapidly growing health tech company, Blinx Healthcare. Their flagship product, PACO, is a healthcare management and patient engagement platform that connects organisations, from GP services through to Emergency Departments.
