I have 12 years’ experience in Adult Social Care, working as a healthcare assistant in a dementia care home and I am a Community Interpreter-Romanian. For the last 2 years in my role as a Community Health & Wellbeing Worker within Breckland Council and in partnership with Watton Medical Practice my focus is on addressing health and social inequalities by fostering connections between population and essential services. I am a huge advocate in promoting, inclusion, fairness, and equal opportunities for wellbeing & health across communities by bringing an ear to listen at their doorstep and offering the right tools , enabling them to oversee their health and wellbeing. ,, Everyone has a story, but does everyone have someone to listen to them?,,
