Florentina Nedelea
Community Health and Wellbeing Worker,
Breckland Council/Watton Medical Practice
I have started my journey in Adult Social Care 12 years ago, working as a healthcare assistant in a dementia care home, currently I am working for the local authority as a Community Health Worker & Community Interpreter-Romanian.
For the last 2 years in my role as a Community Health & Wellbeing Worker I have worked in partnership with Watton Medical Practice on addressing health and social inequalities by fostering connections between population and essential services.
I am a huge advocate in promoting inclusion, fairness, and equal opportunities for wellbeing & health across communities by bringing an ear to listen at their doorstep and offering the right tools, enabling them to oversee their health and wellbeing.
``Everyone has a story to tell, but does everyone have someone to listen to them?``
