Kay Louise joined the MDDUS training and CPD in 2019 with a background in GP practice management and has since graduated with a Masters in Healthcare Ethics and Law. As well as delivering an ongoing programme of interactive CPD courses for practice teams, Kay Louise has worked directly with many GP practices and locality leads across the UK to highlight common and emerging medicolegal and professional risks in primary care and to share risk management strategies which can work to mitigate these.
