Lukas Saari is the CEO and Co-founder of Tandem. Tandem is an AI medical assistant designed to reduce administrative burden for clinicians. Established in 2023, Tandem is already trusted by 250+ healthcare organisations across Europe. Prior to founding Tandem Health, Lukas led McKinsey's Healthcare Analytics practice where he advised healthcare organisations on digitisation and AI-driven transformation. With a background in computer science, he has deep expertise in machine learning, having worked at Spotify and previously founded an algorithmic trading company. Passionate about leveraging technology to address critical inefficiencies in healthcare, Lukas is on a mission to ensure that clinicians can focus on what truly matters—patient care—rather than being weighed down by administrative tasks.
