Micha was practicing as an attorney from 1998. She managed her own legal practice from 1999 – 2007 as well as an estate agency from 2004 to 2007. She has also been teaching a Bible College since 2009. In January 2015, she joined GoodX Software and works as their legal counsel, human resources offices, communications office and subject matter expert. Her knowledge and experience as a an attorney, business owner and trainer gave her the passion to manage the development of training programs and training material for practitioners and personnel of healthcare practices and to teach practice management, internal controls and legal related topics.
