Nadira is an accomplished NHS GP and private menopause specialist with a keen interest in Women’s Health, specifically family planning and menopause. Her passion for tackling societal taboos around sex, sexuality, and reproduction is evident in the founding of Pause and Co Healthcare, Global Excellence Winner for Best Menopause Clinic, Birmingham for the last 2 years. Being someone of global majority who has experienced menopause at a younger age than average, Nadira is committed to supporting and educating people in the workplace and beyond on this often-misunderstood topic.
