I am a portfolio general practitioner working as a GP extensivist as part of a Complex Care Support Team for Croydon Health Services, clinical lead for LDA in CPICB and as a care and clinical professional lead (CCPL) for LDA and MH in Lambeth and as CCPL for Long term conditions for SEL ICB. I love being a advocate to improve clinical services for the most vulnerable in our society!
