Susan Calthorpe is a recognised expert in bid, tender and business case writing with over 30 years’ experience in both public and private sectors, particularly across healthcare, government services, and non-profit organisations. She works with a wide range of professionals to help them put together compelling, trusted arguments around complex concepts, presenting them in ways that appeal to time poor, information rich readers. Susan helps build confidence and capability in organisations where operational staff increasingly find themselves having to present arguments and evidence in templated formats with exacting word counts to tight deadlines. She has delivered workshops and provided hands-on expertise for a range of organisations including: UK Research and Innovation; Department of Health and Social Care; NHS England; Belfast NHS Trust; Oxford City Council; Princess Alexandra NHS Trust; Central & West Warrington Primary Care Network; The Royal Ballet School; SNC Lavalin Atkins, Culham Centre for Fusion Energy. Susan was a speaker at TEDx Women hosted at the Law Society in 2019.
