Zehra Safdar has a 16-year career in primary care, focusing on workforce transformation and development. She has held several senior positions across London, working with Integrated Care Systems (ICS), Federations, Primary Care Networks (PCNs), and NHS England. Currently Zehra serves as the Head of Operations for the South West London Training Hub and is also a healthcare consultant specialising in workforce and training support. Her passion lies in strengthening primary care as the backbone of the NHS, with a firm belief that the workforce is its most.
