ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
The Best Practice London conference focuses on the key issues in general practice and primary care. Tailored to meet CPD requirements, the programme follows the GP curriculum set by the Royal College of General Practitioners, allowing attendees to earn up to 12 CPD points.

WORKSHOP THEATRE

NURSING & MULTI-DISCIPLINARY TEAMS THEATRE
Hear from the leading lights in the nursing world on a varied range of different topic areas across the clinical and career development divide. Sessions are designed to demonstrate best practice on service provision within areas such as vaccination and travel health, but to also provide inspiration to support your professional development and growth as part of a general practice team. There’s also opportunity to better understand how specific ARRS roles fit into the general practice model.
THE MENOPAUSE THEATRE
Providing comprehensive information about menopause with sessions focused on basic HRT prescribing to more complex management. Sessions will also look at impact of ethnicity and impact of other diseases.
THE CONTRACEPTION & REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH THEATRE
CPD accredited educational content on common conditions which traditionally are poorly understood in primary care, including PCOS, endometriosis, menstruation and fertility. There’s also general updates on contraception overall with a special emphasis on the hot topic of intrauterine systems (IUS).
WOMEN'S HEALTH WORKSHOP THEATRE
Through a series of interactive sessions, panel discussions, and presentations, the Women’s Health Workshop covers key clinical and non-clinical priorities. The workshop will provide sessions on breast cancer, neurodiversity, and patient experiences. Additionally, it will adopt a broader lens to explore how resolving wider societal issues, such as health inequalities and violence against women and girls, will have a direct impact on women’s health outcomes.
